Kimberley Lynn, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc

Kimberley Lynn is a psychological associate registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She received her master’s degree and completed the majority of a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from York University.

Kimberley provides psychotherapy and assessment services to adults with a range of difficulties, such as depression, anxiety and worry, postpartum difficulties, relationship issues and psychological trauma. She has extensive training and experience in evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy, including emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and trauma-based approaches. She believes in collaborating with each client to determine the therapeutic approach most suitable to his or her needs and goals. She also works in an empathic and non-judgmental manner to create a safe environment for clients to freely discuss their concerns.Kimberley completed her pre-doctoral internship at London Health Sciences Centre in the Operational Stress Injury Clinic for veterans and military members, as well as in the Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Units. She has also held psychological positions at North York General Hospital in the Adult Mental Health Unit; Toronto General Hospital in the Eating Disorders Unit; and the York University Psychology Clinic.
