It's often not easy to take the first steps towards improving psychological and emotional health, and we're so glad you arrived at our site. We are a group of friendly and experienced psychologists, social workers, and psychotherapists who provide comprehensive, evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment (psychotherapy) services to adults and adolescents, and we are confident that we can help you. We aim to foster both healing and self-development, and to provide our clients with tools that will not only help them through their current struggles, but may also protect them from experiencing difficulties in the future. We are also an LGBTQ2S+ positive space.
We offer a range of fee options to suit a variety of budgets and differences in insurance coverage, and we are happy to offer a free phone or email consult to answer any questions you may have before you book. This will also give you a chance to get a sense of whether the therapist will be a good fit for you.
