Bailey Stewart, MSc. (Supervised Practice)
Bailey is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Carmen Weiss as she completes the final stages of her doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD) from Memorial University. She earned a master’s degree in neuroscience from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from Queen’s University. She recently completed her pre-doctoral residency with the Waterloo Region Psychology Consortium and has trained at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Centre at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Memorial University Psychology Clinic, Centre for Mental Health and Research, and the Integrated Mood and Anxiety Program at Homewood Health. She has experience providing both psychotherapy and assessment services to adults in areas related to depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship difficulties, insomnia, emotion regulation, and life stressors. Bailey uses an integrative approach and strives to provide her clients with individualized treatment by incorporating techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to meet their unique goals and needs.
