In these regards, she works with clients to help them to improve their emotional distress, relationships, and sense of themselves. Dr. Leite’s theoretical orientation is psychodynamic, particularly attachment based, and she may integrate aspects of other approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness, as may be helpful for a client.
